Dr. Mukh Aheer
MD, CCFP (SEM), Dip. Sport Med
CanStrive MedSpa & Wellness Clinic is proudly owned and operated by our very own Dr. Aheer, who brings over 15 years of medical experience. With a background spanning family medicine, sports medicine and the coverage of numerous sporting events, he has since expanded his practice into aesthetic medicine.
At CanStrive, Dr. Aheer personally performs all PRP services, Botox for TMJ and hyperhidrosis, sports-medicine consults, and acne consultations.
Shivali Aheer
Shivali brings a unique blend of medical-aesthetic insight and corporate financial experience. She began her career in Human Resources, but a lasting passion for skincare and aesthetics drew her toward medical aesthetics.
Partnering with her husband, Dr. Mukh Aheer, she co-founded CanStrive with the goal of changing lives through skin transformations. Today Shivali leads patient consultations, designs personalized treatment plans, and oversees clinic operations.
Sandra Urbano
MSCN, NP-PHC, RN (EC)
Sandra has amassed over 12 years of nursing experience across emergency, surgery, critical and primary care. Her passion is caring for people through every stage of life, with a special focus on women's health.
She loves expressing her aesthetic side through cosmetic injections and facial rejuvenation.
Diya
Diya is part of our nursing team, supporting our physician and nurse practitioner across medical and aesthetic treatments at CanStrive.
Caring and detail-oriented, she makes sure every patient feels informed, comfortable and well looked after from check-in to aftercare.
Laura Carbone
One of our certified medical aestheticians, Laura has always had a passion for beauty and wellness, with a knack for knowing exactly what your skin needs to look its best. With a background in makeup, lashes and all things skin, she's a great asset to the team.

Dr. Mukh Aheer, MD, CCFP (SEM), Dip. Sport Med, is the physician and medical director at CanStrive MedSpa & Wellness Clinic, practising since 2010 and serving Mississauga since 2015.
Is CanStrive MedSpa physician-led?
Yes. Every treatment plan is set by a licensed physician rather than a salesperson or consultant, which is also why initial consultations are covered by OHIP.
